Warranty Policy (EN/FR)

EN: Our #1 goal is to keep you satisfied with your Observer Tools product. If you have a warranty claim, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.  As always, you can contact us at info@observertools.com if you have any questions.

LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY: If your product ever has an issue that is our fault, such as a manufacturing defect or unexpected failure, we will replace your product at no cost to you (except a return shipping fee) for life. Should the product be discontinued, it will be replaced with an item of equal or higher value. The replacement products are covered for by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty as well.  The warranty does not cover: improper handling, wear and tear, accidents, excessive water damage (or any other liquid) or batteries after 1 year. 

1-YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY: Batteries, such as lithium-ion batteries, that are used in our work lights, are covered for 1 year.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: The Observer Tools warranty policies do not apply if the product has been modified or has been damaged by improper use.  

SUSPERSEDING WARRANTY FOR CERTAIN CUSTOMER CONTRACTS: Certain customer contracts may specify a product warranty that supersedes the above consumer warranty.

Warranty is not transferrable. Qualification for this coverage is at Observer Tools sole discretion and may require pictures of and/or the actual products to review and approve a new product. 

FR: POLITIQUE DE GARANTIE

Notre objectif n°1 est de vous satisfaire avec votre produit Observer Tools. Si vous avez une réclamation au titre de la garantie, veuillez-vous référer à notre politique de retour et d'échange. Comme toujours, vous pouvez nous contacter à info@observertools.com si vous avez des questions.

GARANTIE Á VIE : Si votre produit a, à n’importe quel moment, un problème tel qu'un défaut de fabrication, une panne inattendue ou quoique ce soit qui relève de notre responsabilité, nous remplacerons votre produit sans frais pour vous à vie (à l'exception des frais de retour). Si le produit est interrompu, il sera remplacé par un article de valeur égale ou supérieure. Les produits de remplacement sont également couverts par notre garantie à vie. La garantie ne couvre pas : une mauvaise utilisation ou une utilisation abusive du produit, l'usure normale, les accidents, les dégâts causés par une plongée excessive dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide ou le remplacement des batteries 1 an après l’achat.

GARANTIE BATTERIE 1 AN : Les batteries, telles que les batteries lithium-ion, qui sont utilisées dans nos produits, sont couvertes par notre garantie pendant 1 an.

EXCLUSIONS DE LA GARANTIE :  Les politiques de garantie d'Observer Tools ne s'appliquent pas si le produit a été modifié ou a été endommagé par une mauvaise utilisation.

SUSPENSION DE LA GARANTIE POUR CERTAINS CONTRATS CLIENTS : Certains contrats clients peuvent spécifier une garantie de produit qui remplace la garantie du consommateur ci-dessus.

La garantie n'est pas transférable. La qualification pour cette couverture est à la seule discrétion d'Observer Tools et peut nécessiter des photos et/ou des produits réels pour examiner et approuver le remplacement par un nouveau produit.
