End User License Agreement

App: Observer Tools QBO Integration Provider: Observer Tools LLC, 727 S Streeper St, Baltimore, MD 21224

1. Scope

This application ("the App") connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API to retrieve financial data (bank balances, transactions, and related accounting data) for use in Observer Tools LLC's internal business operations and reporting systems.

2. Acceptance

By authorizing this App to connect to your QuickBooks Online company, you accept this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not accept, do not authorize or use the App.

3. License Grant

Observer Tools LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for Observer Tools LLC's internal business purposes, in compliance with this EULA and Intuit's Developer Terms of Service and API License Agreement.

4. Authorized Use

This App is intended for internal use by Observer Tools LLC only. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other business or individual. Only authorized Observer Tools LLC personnel with the authority to connect company QuickBooks Online accounts may use the App.

5. QuickBooks Integration

The App uses Intuit/QuickBooks Online APIs to read data. Use of the App is subject to Intuit's Developer Terms of Service and applicable API license agreements. The App does not write, modify, or delete any data within QuickBooks Online — access is read-only.

6. Data Handling

Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online through this App is used solely for internal financial reporting and operational automation (e.g., syncing account balances to Observer Tools LLC's internal systems). Data is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used outside of Observer Tools LLC's own operations. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Observer Tools LLC makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
